Keep following the property after signing
The portal is not only an archive for signed documents. Listings, reservations, occupancy and finances continue to change after the agreement. Check the property and room identification first, especially when you own several homes, so dates or amounts are not attributed to the wrong record.
Publication means the listing is visible
A publication notice does not mean a reservation exists or a resident has permission to move in. Advertising, initial preparation and key release have separate conditions. Review the listing for accuracy and use the work records to follow actual preparation progress.
Read the reservation status
Distinguish provisional requests, procedures in progress, payment and final move-in confirmation. Residents may still be submitting information or signing. Request totals are not finalized owner income. Review dates and actual collection records together, including cancellation or expiry that could change the result.
Use a statement notice to open its record
A finalized-statement notice should lead to the relevant period, not leave you searching from the homepage. Separate rent, agreed expenses and balance. The notice is not bank-transfer evidence. If property or period details do not match, verify the saved statement with LIVIA rather than relying on assumptions.
Use current contact and access settings
Notices depend on current email, account eligibility, source records and preferences. No email does not necessarily mean no reservation; check the portal too. Changes of email or ownership need the proper process so an old notice cannot preserve access for someone who is no longer authorized.
Ask about a specific record
When a status is unclear, identify the property, dates and item so LIVIA can check the same record. Do not create duplicate accounts or share private documents publicly in an attempt to fix it. Clear context across documents, signatures and finances reduces unnecessary back-and-forth.
